Enterprise TAMP · RIAs & wirehouse teams · Axxcess Platform

Your own RIA. The whole firm on one platform.

Axxcess is the enterprise platform behind independent firms: operations, billing, reporting, trading, compliance support, and investments, run by our team under your brand for every account in the firm. Established RIAs use it to retire a stack of legacy systems at once. Wirehouse teams use it to open a new RIA with a home office already in place. No equity taken. No brand dilution.

Enterprise relationships are discussed under NDA. Axxcess Platform is built for the high net worth client, and the advisors that serve them.
Our platform is built for the experienced advisor looking to improve its current RIA platform, or as an operational solution for a high-caliber professional thinking of going independent.

Who this is for

Two firms, one problem: the operations are running the advisors.

"We own an RIA. Our systems are a decade old, and every upgrade is a project we never finish."
Established RIA · legacy systems

Reconciliation is manual, reporting is not online, and multi-manager or multi-asset accounts do not fit. Replacing the stack piece by piece has felt impossible with the budget and the hours you have. Axxcess replaces it all at once, and our team runs it from day one, so the change happens without pulling your advisors off their clients.

Legacy stack versus the Axxcess platform →
"We're a wirehouse team. We want our own firm, and our clients can't lose what they have on the way out."
Wirehouse team · new RIA

Your clients hold proprietary funds, borrow against their portfolios, and expect research and a trade desk. Your firm may or may not be in the Broker Protocol. Axxcess carries the sophisticated book across intact and, if your registration is not yet approved, incubates the business on our books until it is.

Enterprise means the whole firm

A model marketplace sells a product shelf. We run the firm.

Most TAMPs are a menu of models with an asset-management fee on top. You pick strategies from their shelf; the operations, the billing, the reporting, and the compliance work stay yours. Axxcess is built differently. We take on the operations of the entire RIA, behind your brand, for every account in the firm.

Operations

Account opening, custodial integration across 10+ data feeds, reconciliation, and daily operations run by our team, not a help desk.

Billing

Sleeve, account, and household level. Monthly or quarterly, in arrears or in advance, performance-based, hourly, or per project. We calculate, review, and post.

Reporting

Bank, brokerage, mortgage, business, alternatives, and liability accounts in one client portal and a white-labeled mobile app, with sleeve- and security-level performance.

Trading

Trade order management, rebalancing, options, and structured products, executed by our trading team across your custodians.

Compliance support

Your RIA keeps its chief compliance officer; we supply the operational record-keeping, reporting, and platform controls that make the program workable.

Investments

400+ SMA and sleeve strategies, alternatives in the same account, the Axxcess Allocator, and an outsourced CIO if you want one.

Vendors sit between you and your client. We sit behind you. Delivered through your brand, with enterprise economics that scale as the firm does.

For wirehouse teams

The parts of a wirehouse practice most platforms can't carry.

The reason most teams stay is not the payout. It is the fear that clients will lose something on the way out: a proprietary fund that will not transfer, a lending relationship, the research and trade desk they are used to. We built the platform to bring the whole book across.

Protocol or not, the process is routine. At a Broker Protocol firm, the transition follows the standard ten-week workflow. At a non-protocol firm, or with restrictive covenants, legal review comes first, and your clients self-onboard through your branded portal, linking the very accounts they will transition.

How a wirehouse transition works
Not registered yet? We incubate the business on our books and records while your RIA registers, then port it to your firm with no break in service.
What moves with you.
  • Proprietary feeder funds and other non-transferable positions, billed and reported on the same client statement as everything else.
  • Prime broker, research, and trade desk access through our partners, so an independent firm keeps institutional resources.
  • Open-architecture lending and cash-management solutions from our custodial and banking partners.
  • Alternatives, held and reported in the same account as SMA strategies, with digital subscription documents and capital-call tracking.
  • Your brand on the portal, the app, the reports, and the proposals from the first day your clients see them.
RIA platform services

What the platform runs behind your brand.

Client billing

Sleeve, account, and household level, on any schedule your agreements call for. First billing review closes the onboarding workflow.

Investment selection

Advisor-directed and third-party strategies in one custodial account through the UMA/UMH platform, with a unique fee schedule per sleeve.

Trading & execution

Trade order management, prime broker access through partners, options, and structured product services.

Client reporting

Bank, brokerage, mortgage, business, and liability accounts, reported together in one secure portal and mobile app.

Axxcess Allocator

Current-versus-proposed proposals, stress tests against 90+ economic and market factors, digital acceptance, and account opening in one workflow.

Portfolio management

Model management with detailed asset analysis and stress testing across asset classes; fractional portfolio management through the OCIO.

Alternatives

Private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets through the alternatives platform; K-1, MOIC, and IRR tracking; committee-overseen diligence.

White-labeled solutions

Portal, app, reports, proposals, and website carry your logo. Our in-house creative team builds them.

Channel marketing & business development

Compliance-reviewed content curated by client allocation, sent under your domain, plus a prospect portal that lets prospects self-onboard.

Firms already on Orion can keep their database and bring in our team instead: see Orion insourcing. LPL firms on SWM accounts, and firms with a direct Fidelity or Pershing clearing relationship, are supported through their clearing on an Orion instance we or the firm set up.

The comparison

Legacy stack versus the Axxcess enterprise platform.

The cost of a legacy stack is rarely the license fees. It is the hours your advisors and staff spend making disconnected systems agree with each other, and the clients you cannot serve because the systems will not let you.

A typical legacy stack
  • Separate vendors for custody data, reporting, billing, trading, planning, and the portal, reconciled by hand
  • Quarterly paper reports; no online view of the household
  • No multi-manager or multi-asset accounts; alternatives reported somewhere else, or not at all
  • A model marketplace with an asset-management fee on top, and the operations still yours
  • Every upgrade is a project your staff runs on top of their day jobs
  • A software vendor's name between you and your client
The Axxcess enterprise platform
  • One reconciled platform across 10+ custodial feeds, run by our operations team
  • Client portal and mobile app under your brand, updated daily, with sleeve- and security-level performance
  • Advisor-directed and third-party strategies plus alternatives in one custodial account
  • Operations, billing, reporting, trading, and compliance support for the whole firm, with enterprise economics
  • Our team makes the change on a documented ten-week plan while your advisors stay with their clients
  • Your name on everything your clients see. We sit behind you.

The comparison describes common structures in the industry generally and is not a description of any specific vendor's offer.

The transition process

Confidential from the first call to live on platform.

Timelines depend on your current firm's relationship with you, your custodians, and your client account structure. The standard onboarding workflow runs ten weeks. With an independent custodian and no restrictive covenants, we have completed transitions in as little as 15 days.

Execute the NDA

Transitions and enterprise relationships are discussed only under NDA, so your plans are known to you and Axxcess alone. Your counsel is welcome throughout.

Sign the memorandum of understanding

The economic and business commitment Axxcess makes to your firm, drafted to your model and client-support requirements.

Transition plan and timeline

A dedicated team runs a documented plan through the ten-week workflow: child database, paperwork, data transfer, resignation or conversion, training, and first billing review.

Growth plan

Retention through the transition, then business development: channel marketing, brand services, and the prospect portal, built into the plan.

The week-by-week workflow is on the onboarding and transitions page. Most transition documents are signed by clients virtually.

Questions firms ask first

The answers, before the NDA.

What does "enterprise" mean here? Can we start with part of the firm?

Enterprise means the whole firm: every advisor, every household, every account on one platform, with our team running operations, billing, reporting, trading, and compliance support behind your brand. That is what makes the economics and the service model work, and it is the difference between a platform partner and a model marketplace you bolt onto an existing stack. The transition itself is staged over ten weeks so the firm never stops serving clients.

Our RIA is not registered yet. Can we still leave?

Yes. Under the incubation model we transition you and your team onto our books and records while your RIA registers in parallel. Once your registration is approved, we port the fully transitioned business to your firm with no break in service or disruption to your clients, and the platform stays behind the new firm as an enterprise relationship.

We are at a non-protocol firm, or we have restrictive covenants. What changes?

Legal review comes first, with your counsel and ours. Because you may not be able to use firm data, your clients self-onboard through your branded portal, volunteering their information and linking the accounts they will move. From there the onboarding is digital. Protocol and non-protocol transitions are both routine for our team.

What happens to proprietary feeder funds, lending, and research?

Proprietary feeder funds and other non-transferable positions are billed and reported inside the same client statement as everything else. Prime broker, research, and trade desk access come through our partners. Lending and cash management are open architecture, from our custodial and banking partners, so clients keep the liability side they expect.

Which custodians do you support?

Schwab, Wells Fargo First Clearing, Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions, Morgan Stanley, and leading trust companies, with one reporting engine across all of them. LPL firms using SWM accounts, and firms with a direct Fidelity or Pershing clearing relationship, are supported through their clearing on an Orion instance that we or the firm set up. Axxcess never takes custody of client assets.
