Private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets sit alongside 400+ separately managed strategies in the same custodial account, on the same statement, in the same client portal. Your clients subscribe digitally, and you report capital calls, distributions, MOIC, and IRR without leaving the platform. Every strategy on the marketplace has passed due diligence overseen by a committee of senior investment, risk, legal, and compliance professionals.
Most alternatives marketplaces are a shelf of product. Ours is a reflection of how an RIA should approach allocation, and through our technology and structure provides a unique solution to unify the client and advisor experience.
Private equity, private credit, hedged strategies, and real assets, screened for accredited-investor and qualified-purchaser clients. Strategies with 1099 reporting and strategies with K-1 reporting, so you can match the vehicle to the client's tax situation.
Capital calls, distributions, remaining commitment, MOIC, and IRR on cash flows, tracked position by position and rolled up to the household. The same numbers appear in the client portal, the mobile app, and the printed report.
Subscription documents are delivered, completed, and signed electronically, for select funds on the Axxcess Platform, then tracked from acceptance through funding and each subsequent capital call. No paper packets, no re-keying of investor data.
Strategies built for institutional investors, at entry points suited to private clients. Access is direct with the manager or through institutional platforms, whichever is more advantageous for the client.
A dedicated internal diligence process, overseen by a committee of senior investment, risk, legal, and compliance professionals. Managers are reviewed before they reach the marketplace and monitored while they are on it.
Alternatives can be held direct, or in the same custodial account as the client's SMA sleeves and other securities. Axxcess unifies the reporting environment so clients can view all their holdings in one place. Multi-asset, multi-custodial, and multi-reporting, both IRR and TWR in a single reporting environment.
Reported alongside everything else, not in a separate statementThe marketplace sits on the UMA/UMH platform, so sleeve-level billing and performance reporting extend to every alternative position.
Axxcess' solution fully integrates the proposal and subscription processes. Platform users benefit from a reduction in the operational burden of executing and managing LP investments by unifying the proposal, allocation, and subscription processes.
The Axxcess Allocator centralizes UMA/UMH functions and gives the advisor the ability to incorporate alternative investments alongside traditional marketable securities, model portfolios, and third-party SMAs in a single proposal and implementation tool.
A scalable end-to-end investment and operational solution: proposal, allocation, and subscription in one place, so LP investments are executed and managed with less operational burden.
Select hedge fund, private equity, real estate, and other subscription-based investments are made available in the Axxcess Allocator for end-to-end subscription, valuation, and reporting inside the Axxcess UMA/UMH platform.
Axxcess works with several institutional GPs to deliver a full subscription, allocation, and reporting solution inside the Allocator. Advisors propose, and then subscribe digitally to alternatives like private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds on Axxcess' platform. Axxcess brings together the liquidity and the underlying LP data, including the client's current accounts, a combination designed to reduce the friction points that exist in LP subscription and reporting processes. LP data is viewable by the client in the client portal.
They think in one balance sheet. When alternatives live on a separate platform, with a separate login and a separate statement, in many cases the advisor ends up reconciling manually, and the client never sees the whole allocation at once. From proposal to reporting, incorporating alternatives in the same portal as the rest of the portfolio transforms both problems at the source, and it makes the advisor the one place the client goes for the full picture.
See it in a demoAlternative investments are generally limited to accredited investors, qualified purchasers, or both, depending on the fund's structure. Eligibility is confirmed as part of client onboarding and suitability, as well as within the digital subscription process before any documents are countersigned. Alternative investments are subject to a variety of risks and expenses, which are disclosed in the fund's offering documents and disclosures.
Generally less liquid than public securities. Liquidity can range from periodic redemption windows in some hedged and private credit strategies to multi-year lock-ups and capital-call schedules in private equity and real assets. An alternative investment's liquidity profile is an important consideration to discuss with your advisor.
Axxcess provides no valuation services for alternative investments and relies on the fund's reported valuation to the investor. The fund or fund administrator reports at the LP level: capital called, capital returned, remaining commitment, current valuation, MOIC, and IRR on actual cash flows. Axxcess reports these in the same portal, mobile app, and printed reports as the client's traditional holdings, rolled up to the household alongside SMA sleeves and direct holdings.
It depends on the vehicle. The platform includes strategies that issue a 1099 and strategies that issue a K-1, and the reporting type is a consideration for each individual investor's unique situation.
Minimums vary by strategy and by access channel. Institutional platforms and direct relationships with managers, and with certain strategies, allow the platform to offer various entry points suited to private clients rather than the minimums an institution would face going direct.
Jeff manages the alternatives platform and co-leads portfolio construction at Axxcess. He works directly with advisors on where an alternative belongs in a client's allocation, which vehicle fits the client's eligibility and tax situation, and how the position will be reported once it is funded. Contact JeffNot an offer. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Interests in private funds are offered only through each fund's offering documents, which describe the fund's strategy, risks, fees, and terms and should be read in full before investing.
Eligibility. Alternative investments are generally available only to investors who meet accredited-investor or qualified-purchaser requirements under federal securities laws, and are not suitable for every client. Eligibility and suitability are confirmed during client onboarding and again in the subscription process.
Risk of loss. Alternative investments are speculative and involve a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment. They may use leverage, hold concentrated or illiquid positions, and are subject to less regulation and public disclosure than registered investment products.
Liquidity. Interests are generally illiquid. There is typically no secondary market, redemptions may be limited, suspended, or unavailable, and capital may be committed for many years and called on a schedule the investor does not control.
Valuation and reporting. Axxcess does not value alternative investments. Values, capital activity, and performance figures such as MOIC and IRR are based on information reported by the fund or its administrator, may be estimated or unaudited, may lag current market conditions, and may differ from what an investor would realize on a sale.
Fees and expenses. Funds charge management fees, performance-based compensation, and fund expenses in addition to Axxcess's advisory fee, which reduce returns. Fund-level fees are described in each fund's offering documents; Axxcess's fees and any compensation arrangements with third-party platforms or sponsors are described in Form ADV Part 2A.
Taxes. Alternative investments may generate K-1s, which can arrive after the standard filing deadline and may require extensions and state filings, and may produce taxable income without corresponding distributions. Axxcess does not provide tax or legal advice; consult your tax and legal advisors.
Due diligence. Manager review and ongoing monitoring do not eliminate risk or guarantee any outcome. Availability of any strategy, access channel, or minimum is subject to change and to fund capacity.
