Register as an investment advisor representative of Axxcess Wealth Management and run your practice under your own name. We handle compliance oversight, billing, reporting, trading, model management, and operations behind you. You own the clients, the data, and the enterprise value you build. Axxcess takes no equity.
Most advisors who want out of a wirehouse or a broker-dealer do not want a second job as a compliance officer, billing clerk, and IT department. The IAR model splits the work cleanly: you keep everything that makes the practice yours, and we run everything that makes it operate.
Vendors sit between you and your client. We sit behind you. Your clients see your name; our team does the work.
Three services are available only to IARs who affiliate with Axxcess. The rest are shared with the RIAs on our enterprise platform, so your practice runs on the same infrastructure as a firm many times its size.
A disciplined, documented process for protocol and non-protocol transitions, run by a dedicated team.
You operate under the Axxcess compliance program. Registration, supervision, books and records, and review of client-facing materials are overseen by Axxcess.
Operations, HR, administrative, and client-services support for your team.
Sleeve, account, and household level. Monthly or quarterly, in arrears or in advance, performance-based, hourly, or per project.
Advisor-directed and third-party strategies in one custodial account through the UMA/UMH platform, with alternatives held and reported alongside.
Trade order management, prime broker access through partners, options, and structured product services.
Bank, brokerage, mortgage, business, and liability accounts reported together in one secure portal and a white-labeled mobile app.
Current-versus-proposed proposals, stress tests against 90+ economic and market factors, and digital acceptance and account opening in one tool.
Model management with detailed asset analysis and stress testing across asset classes.
Portal, app, reports, proposals, and website carry your logo. Our in-house creative team builds them.
Compliance-reviewed content, curated by client allocation and manager preference, sent through your portal, email, blog, and social under your domain.
Marketing services and a prospect portal that lets prospects link their accounts and self-onboard before they are clients.
Need more behind the practice? Outsourced CIO, the alternatives platform, and tax-aware portfolio management are available to affiliated IARs.
Axxcess takes no equity in your business and does not use closed-end contracts or equity partnerships. Your economics are documented in a memorandum of understanding drafted to your model and your client-support requirements, and they do not change when our strategy does.
Whether you are better served as a W-2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor depends on your book, your state, and how you want to run your P&L. That is a conversation we have under NDA, with your counsel if you prefer.
Take the readiness assessmentTimelines depend on your current firm's relationship with you, your custodians, and your client account structure. The standard onboarding workflow runs ten weeks. With an independent custodian and no restrictive covenants in your employment agreement, we have completed transitions in as little as 15 days.
Transitions are discussed only under NDA, so your plans are known to you and Axxcess alone. Your legal counsel is welcome at every step.
The economic and business commitment Axxcess makes to you, drafted to your model and client-support requirements.
A dedicated team runs a documented plan through the ten-week workflow: child database, paperwork, data transfer, resignation, training, and first billing review.
Retention through the transition, then business development: channel marketing, brand services, and the prospect portal, built into the plan rather than added after.
Most transition documents are signed by clients virtually. The week-by-week workflow is on the onboarding and transitions page.
You do. Your clients sign agreements with you, their data lives in your own segregated child database, and their portal, app, and statements carry your brand. If you later move to your own RIA, the clients and the data go with you. Axxcess takes no equity in your business and uses no closed-end contracts.
Yes. You can operate under your own DBA inside the Axxcess RIA, or use ours if you prefer. Every client-facing surface can be white-labeled: portal, mobile app, reports, proposals, website, and marketing. Our in-house creative team builds it, and your logo is the only one on it.
You register as an investment advisor representative of Axxcess Wealth Management, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Our compliance program covers your practice: registration, supervision, books and records, and review of client-facing marketing. Channel marketing content is compliance-reviewed before it goes out under your brand. Through the transition, we provide regulatory guidance alongside your counsel.
In the memorandum of understanding, before you resign. Axxcess sets straightforward, competitive economics tied to your model and your client-support requirements, and takes no equity. Whether W-2 or 1099 fits you better is part of the same conversation, held under NDA. The readiness assessment unlocks a preview of your economics afterward.
Then you take it. Our incubation model transitions you onto our books and records while your own RIA registers in parallel; once your registration is approved, we port the fully transitioned business to your firm with no break in service. Affiliated IARs can follow the same path later, and many keep Axxcess behind the new firm as an enterprise platform relationship.
Schwab, Wells Fargo First Clearing, Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions, Morgan Stanley, and leading trust companies. You choose where your clients' assets live; one reporting engine sits behind all of them. Axxcess never takes custody of client assets.
