About · Axxcess Platform

Axxcess Platform is built for the high net worth client, and the advisors that serve them.

Axxcess Wealth Management is an independent, SEC-registered investment adviser and the enterprise platform behind independent advisors and the RIAs they build. We run the operations, investments, compliance support, and client experience of a firm behind the advisor's own brand, without in-house funds, proprietary products, or an equity stake in anyone's business.

Our background

Built by people who ran family offices, to fix what they had to do by hand.

Before Axxcess, our founder ran family offices. Each held private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, and operating businesses next to ordinary separately managed accounts, and no system on the market could hold all of it in one place. Every quarter the non-traditional assets were reconciled by hand, then stapled to the SMA reports. The families saw a stack of paper instead of a picture of their wealth.

Axxcess Wealth Management was founded in 2011 to solve that problem for its own clients. In 2016 we opened the platform to other advisors. Today it holds traditional strategies and alternatives in the same custodial account, bills and reports on both at the sleeve level, and shows the client everything they own in one portal and one white-labeled app.

We stayed independent by structure, not by promise. Axxcess has no in-house funds and no proprietary products, so we have no reason to prefer one manager, custodian, or strategy over another. Fees and conflicts are disclosed in Form ADV Part 2A, and the advisor's brand, not ours, is the one the client sees.

What we believe

Vendors sit between you and your client. We sit behind you.

Most of what a client experiences, the portal, the app, the statements, the billing, the planning, carries a vendor's name and sits between the advisor and the relationship. We deliver the same services up and through the advisor's brand instead. The client sees the advisor. We do the work.

See what the platform does
Three affiliation models: IAR affiliation, incubation, and the enterprise TAMP for your own RIA.
Three things we hold to, in writing.
  • Vendors sit between you and your client. We sit behind you. Every service is delivered through the advisor's brand, not next to it.
  • Software and a product shelf is not a platform. A platform operates, supports, and executes for the firm every day: billing, trading, reporting, compliance.
  • Delivered through your brand. Your name on the portal, the app, the reports, and the agreements. Your clients, your data, your business. No equity taken.
Who we serve

One platform, four kinds of relationship.

Each is a partnership with a firm or a family, not a product sold to an account.

Advisors in transition

Wirehouse and independent advisors who want to own their practice. Join our RIA under your brand, incubate while your own RIA registers, or bring the whole firm. Confidential from the first call.

RIAs & enterprises

Firms that want a platform partner for the entire RIA: operations, compliance support, trading, billing, and reporting under their brand, with enterprise economics.

Firms on Orion

RIAs that already run Orion and want our specialists inside their database every day, running billing, reporting, reconciliation, and trading.

Private clients & families

Successful individuals, families, and entrepreneurs who work directly with Axxcess advisors as a fiduciary, with institutional access and no product conflicts.
