Private clients & family offices · Axxcess Wealth Management

Independent advice for families with complex wealth.

Axxcess Wealth Management has served as a fiduciary to successful individuals, families, and entrepreneurs since 2011. We have no in-house funds, no proprietary products, and no incentive to recommend either. What we do have is the infrastructure of a large institution — 400+ managers, an alternatives platform, institutional custody, and a team that has run family offices — placed behind an advisor whose only obligation is to you.

Conversations are confidential and without obligation. Form ADV and our Client Relationship Summary are linked below.

What to expect at this level

Six things an advisor to complex wealth should be able to do.

Most firms can manage a brokerage account. Families with operating businesses, real estate, private investments, concentrated stock, and several generations need considerably more. This is what Axxcess is built for.

01

See everything, in one place

Brokerage, retirement plans, alternatives, real estate, private companies, lending, and held-away accounts — reported together by household, entity, account, and strategy. Online, in the app, and on paper.

02

Reach institutional investments

Private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets alongside 400+ separately managed strategies, in a single account. Digital subscription documents, capital-call and K-1 tracking, MOIC and IRR on direct investments.

03

Plan taxes as part of investing

Concentrated stock positions, 1031 exchange unwinds, the sale of a closely held business, and Roth conversions each carry consequences that belong inside the investment plan, not after it — worked through with your CPA and counsel.

04

Stay independent by structure

No in-house funds, no trading for our own account, no product quotas. We select managers and partners without pressure and disclose every fee and conflict in Form ADV.

05

Coordinate the whole picture

Your CPA, estate attorney, trustees, and insurance advisors work from the same plan. We bring trust solutions, portfolio and real-asset lending, insurance coordination, and retirement plan design to the table.

06

Choose where your assets live

Schwab, Pershing, Wells Fargo First Clearing, Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions, Morgan Stanley, and leading trust companies. Axxcess never takes custody of your assets.

How we work

A written plan, a fiduciary standard, and one advisor who owns the relationship.

You'll receive our Form ADV and an engagement agreement before anything else. Your advisor documents your objectives, time horizons, risk tolerance, and the way you prefer to be involved, and usually formalizes an investment policy statement. Accounts are monitored at least monthly; we meet quarterly and annually, in person or by phone, and you can grant us full or limited discretion — your choice.

Start the conversation
Fee-based. No commissions on advisory accounts. Complete fee disclosure in Form ADV Part 2A.
Before you commit to anything, you can see how we'd see you.
  • Link your existing accounts securely through our aggregation technology — before becoming a client.
  • Your advisor stress-tests your current portfolio against real-world scenarios in the Axxcess Allocator, which tracks 90+ economic and market factors.
  • You receive a proposal and a plan built on your actual holdings, not a template.
  • Then you decide.
Investment approach

Open architecture, conviction-driven, diversified by design.

We combine internally managed strategies with rigorously selected third-party managers, funds, and alternatives. Our investment team has managed significant assets at global banks, fund managers, and family-owned companies, and our approach starts with a top-down view of the economic environment before a single security is selected.

Portfolio construction

Investment policy first, then capital market assumptions, then risk-based models across equity, fixed income, international, alternatives, and cash. Rules-based rebalancing that scales across asset classes.

Alternatives & private markets

Curated access spanning the liquidity spectrum — private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds — with rigorous, committee-overseen due diligence and first-look and exclusive opportunities through our partners.

Risk you can see

Every proposal is stress-tested against custom and catalog scenarios so you understand how a portfolio behaves in extreme conditions — and which hedges are worth the cost — before you own it.

"Investors demand institutional-quality managers, analytical technology, maximum transparency, independent service providers, and control over their investment decisions. We built the platform to deliver all five." Axxcess Wealth Management
