HOW TO GET STARTED ON THE AXXCESS PLATFORM
TradePMR Enrollment
To get started, first contact the TradePMR Practice Management using the button below.
This will generate your joint rep code. You will need your joint rep code to continue the onboarding process.
To begin the Axxcess Platform onboarding process, sign the Sub-Advisor Agreement here.
The Sub-Advisor agreement is a firm level agreement. This document is the agreement between your RIA and the Axxcess Platform. It outlines the roles and responsibilities, our commitments and duties, as well as yours. This document is signed by an authorized signor of your firm.
Complete the TradePMR Account Manager Agreement
Next, you will need to complete the TradePMR Account Manager Agreement below.
'Axxcess Platform' is the 'Account Manager' referenced in section 2.
For Single Households – Please Sign the Axxcess Platform Client Services Agreement
To complete your Axxcess Platform onboarding process, complete the Client Services Agreement here. This document should be used for all your single households (1 Person).
This is a live digital document that your client will sign. Upon entering your name and email, you will be asked to also enter your client’s name and email address. Once that information has been added, the CSA document will be generated and you will be prompted to complete and sign. After you complete your portion on the CSA, the document will be automatically sent to your client for signature.

For Joint Households – Please Sign the Axxcess Platform Client Services Agreement
To complete your Axxcess Platform onboarding process, complete the Client Services Agreement here. This document should be used for all your joint households (2 People).
This is a live digital document that your clients will sign. Upon entering your name and email, you will be asked to also enter both of your client’s names and email addresses. Once that information has been added, the CSA document will be generated and you will be prompted to complete and sign. After you complete your portion on the CSA, the document will be automatically sent to your clients for signature – please note that the document will go out in sequential order.
Axxcess Platform is unique. We dont charge a platform or overlay fee at the account level.
There are no platform or overlay fee's when a manager is used in a sleeve.
The client only pays the sleeve manager fee.
You can still manage a sleeve yourself. We call this the advisor directed sleeve, and can be a model, or custom for the client. The advisor directed sleeve is the only sleeve the platform fee applies to.

Axxcess can report on your clients direct investments. We track capital calls, unfunded liabilities, and true IRR on cash flows to create a unique UMA/UMH experience for your clients.
